Hi my name is Paul Mullan and I am an Interview Coach. I have 15+ years experience helping job seekers succeed at interview. My previous roles include -Recruitment Manager, Outplacement Consultant and Career Coach. This means I’ve experienced life on all sides of the interview table – interviewer and interviewee. My professional experience has helped me develop a deep knowledge about recruitment and interviews.
I am a recognised career expert. I have an excellent presence online and in the media. I was a Career Doctor with The Irish Independent and The Sunday Tribune. I am a career expert with RecruitIreland. I regularly comment on career topics in the national media (my media coverage). I have been a guest speaker at most major career events – Career Zoo, Monster Career Fair, Grad Ireland Career Fair and NCIRL Career Boot Camp.
I was a founder of Eden Recruitment Ltd in 1999. I also worked with SHL Ireland. This role involved helping organisations design recruitment processes and implement psychometric assessments. I established Measurability early 2006. Measurability is now a leading Career & Outplacement consultancy. InterviewSolutions is an extension of Measurability and delivers interview skills training to job seekers.
