Paul established Measurability early 2006 offering Career, Outplacement services to jobseekers. InterviewSolutions is an extension of Measurability with specific focus on Interview Skills for jobseekers. Previously Paul worked in UK & Ireland in recruitment and successfully established Eden Recruitment Ltd. Paul also worked with SHL Ireland helping organisations design recruitment processes and implement psychometrics.
